NALAS invites qualified legal entities and natural persons to submit tenders for the engagement of a Key Expert on Grant Management and Capacity Development under the EU4Municipalities Small Grants and Inter-Municipal Partnerships for Action (EU4M-SIMPACT) project in Albania.

The Expert will support NALAS in the management and monitoring of municipal grants throughout the grant cycle and contribute to strengthening the capacities of beneficiary municipalities.
