The Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS) is launching a call for a Communication Expert to support the National Association of Municipalities of Albania (NAMA) within the project “One voice for LGAs in Albania, phase 2”, financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

The expert will support the development and implementation of NAMA’s strategic communication and outreach, including preparation of a Communication and Outreach Plan (2026–2027), strengthening branding and digital communication, improving media engagement, and supporting visibility and communication products. The assignment also includes capacity building for NAMA staff.

The engagement foresees 30 working days over a period of 7 months (March–September 2026), implemented through a combination of remote work and missions in Tirana and municipalities in Albania.

Applicants should have at least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including 7 years in strategic or public communication, and strong writing skills in Albanian and English. Experience working with public institutions or governance projects is required.

The maximum budget for this assignment is EUR 6,000 (VAT excluded).
