The Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS), in partnership with the National Association of Local Authorities of Georgia (NALAG) and with support from the EU and SDC through the PLATFORMA project, is seeking an Expert for a Survey on the Performance of the MSDA’s E-System for Municipal E-Governance and Service Delivery in Georgia.

The findings will serve to:

• Identify strengths and weaknesses of the existing e-system and its modules;
• Assess the level and pattern of use of different e-modules by municipalities;
• Gather feedback on user satisfaction, functionality, and integration needs;
• Formulate recommendations for improving the e-system;
• Provide policy input for the next cycle of Georgia’s Decentralization Strategy.

The assignment will have an estimated input of 10 working days.
