Meeting of the NALAS Committee of Liaison Officers in Portorož, 14-16 May 2009
14/05/2009 Portorož, being one of the most beautiful parts of Slovenia, attracted the NALAS Committee of Liaison Officers to work together and discuss emerging topics, like tourism development, as well as make important decisions for NALAS. The highlight of the CLO meeting in Portorož was the approval of the membership application of the Association of Municipalities of Croatia, as well as the decision to extend the mandate of the current NALAS Executive Director for two more years. These decisions were complemented with a planning workshop that confirmed the value of NALAS for South East Europe and identified the ‘road ahead’.
