NALAS is pleased to announce that 23 participants have successfully completed the e-learning course on Capital Infrastructure Investment Projects (CIIP) in the Water and Sanitation Sector, delivered through the NALAS e-Academy, within the Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN).
Over a five-week period, participants explored the full lifecycle of CIIP processes, including defining bankable projects, understanding project cycle management, preparing and organising project implementation, and applying key principles of monitoring, evaluation, and audit.
The course was developed within RCDN, aiming to strengthen the capacities of local governments and public utilities across the Western Balkans to improve the quality and sustainability of water and sanitation services.

During the closing webinar, participants reflected on their learning outcomes, shared feedback on the course content and methodology, and discussed how they plan to apply the acquired knowledge in their professional work.
NALAS congratulates all participants on successfully completing the course and remains committed to supporting capacity development for improved local service delivery across the region.
