About the Position

NALAS is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the Project Office in Tirana.

The Finance Manager will play a central role in ensuring the sound financial management of the project and its grant scheme, supporting municipalities in implementing infrastructure investments that improve local services, governance standards and sustainable development.

Working under the supervision of the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for project financial management, grant financial oversight, procurement, expenditure verification, financial reporting, audit coordination and financial capacity building for beneficiary municipalities.
