On 18–19 November 2025, the NALAS Office in Skopje hosted an intensive training on E-Learning Course Design, Implementation and Management, organised within the Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN).

Sixteen participants—including training managers from RCDN partner associations of local governments and public utility companies—strengthened their skills in designing, delivering and managing e-learning courses tailored to the needs of their members.

The training provided practical knowledge and tools for navigating the entire e-learning development cycle, from planning and design to implementation and evaluation. Under the guidance of international trainer Mirjana Stankovic, together with resource persons Jelena Janevska (NALAS) and Laura Cosma (Deloitte), participants explored:

  • E-learning platforms and their functionalities
  • Roles in course development and delivery
  • Course structure and content creation (modules, lessons, learning objectives)
  • Storyboard development
  • E-learning methods, tools and interactive formats
  • Strategies for assessing and evaluating learners’ progress

“Aligned with RCDN’s ongoing support to strengthen partner associations’ training centres, this capacity-building initiative will help associations expand their training offer by conceptualising and developing high-quality e-learning courses”, said Jelena Janevska, NALAS Program Director.
