The Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS) is seeking qualified trainers to deliver interactive training modules on Circular Economy for local governments across the region. Trainers can apply for one, two, or all three modules:

  • Lot 1: Circular Economy in Local Public Services – Policy to Implementation (Mar–Apr 2026)
  • Lot 2: Municipal CE Roadmap – Strategic Planning (May–Jun 2026)
  • Lot 3: CE Projects, Funding & Financial Incentives (Oct–Nov 2026)

Who can apply:

  • Professionals with ≥7 years of experience in circular economy, sustainable local development, or environmental management.
  • Experience with local governments, CE strategies, and capacity-building in SEE.
  • Fluent in English; relevant academic background required.
