NALAS and the World Bank Institute jointly deliver an E-Learning Course TRACE: Tool for Rapid Assessment of City Energy, from 3 December 2012 to 11 January 2013.

TRACE offers cities a quick and easy way to assess their energy efficiency and  identify sectors with the most improvement potential. The course is free of  charge and successful participants will receive certificates. Deadline for registering is 28 November 2012.
